I was born in the Ghorakhani-9 Solukhumbu, in the heart of the Himalaya region. The community and the solidarity of the village people cared for my childhood. I have been more than 15 years of experience as a mountain and Trekking Guide for 21 years, similarly I have several years of experience climbing skills as well as a teacher of various in this field. I have assisted expeditions up to 8201 m. and it is completely at home in the mountains.

I offer a marvellously warm and open window to the Sherpa culture. I have a long experience in trekking where I have developed many types of skills to trekking agency. I am working in the field of trekking as a Managing Director from Face to Face Treks and expedition Pvt. Ltd since 2007.

Mr. Dawa Anju Bhote
I am Dawa Anju Bhote. I was born in the Taplejung, VDC Yamphudin at Ward No 8, in the heart of the Himalaya. I have more than 15 years of experience in the field of Travel Business as a school teacher I have been working with these completely.

Eight Years Experience as a Tour Manager in Arun Treks& Expedition. Seven Years Experience as a Manager in Khumbu Travel & Tours.

I was born in Solukhumbu in the Sagarmatha zone Nepal. The community and the solidarity of the village people looked after my childhood. I always look for the intimacy that people can offer each other. I have more then 5 years experience as a school teacher in Prithivi Nagar-2, Jhapa Nepal. Along with this I have a long experience of working from the Hotel Management as a Social Voluntary in Citta Nepal Hospital Humla.

In addition to this I was heavily involved in treks and expedition. I have planned to flourish my career and take this as an opportunity, with my several years of experience, in the field of Treks and Expedition. I have been working in the field of Trekking as an Executive Director from Face to Face Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd since 2007.

I was born in the Aiselukharka-6 Khotang. After completed my graduation, I am working in tourism Industry. I have little more experience of culture and religions of Nepal as well as Himalayan Trekking in Nepal . And, I have good knowledge of operating and communicating to deals European and Other clients.

I have been working in Face to Face Treks and Expedition Pvt. as a Tour Oprator.

I was born in England, brought up in Canada, but I'm thoroughly convinced that somewhere, I'm Tibetan!  Often setting my engineering job aside, I sought the truth of the matter, travelling extensively in Asia, spending more than two years there in all.  To no surprise, I always seem to end up in cultures that are, or have been, touched by the teachings of gentleness and compassion – Buddhism!  I have spent more than fifteen years studying and teaching Yoga (see www.himalayanhealing.com ) and Qigong (the ancient Chinese martial art of energy movement), which I am delighted to offer to those who may be interested.  I have also enjoyed teaching travel classes on Asia at the Experimental College at the University of Washington, and contributing to “Asia Through the Back Door”.

Many years ago, I was sitting across the table from Bob, when I realized that the most important thing in my life was sharing with others.  There is no greater joy for me than to receive and be received – fully - by those I meet.  It is with that motivation that I invite you to come and explore!

I was born in France, in a little village in the Provence .  The community and the solidarity of the village people cared for my childhood.  I always look for the intimacy that people can offer each other.  One way for me to share is through movement and dance.  I have taught dance in France, England, Canada, and Asia.  Buddhist meditation has also helped me open my heart toward others.  Studies and experience in growing organic herbs has deepened my appreciation of Nature and its miracles.

My extensive travels in Asia have allowed me to really ‘feel' other's culture.  Families were willing to open their doors to me, and I discovered the immediate and natural friendship of these people.  It is my desire to help others discover this for themselves.

One of our Founding Fathers, considered a great guy by his mother!  I was born in the heart of the USA- Kansas City,  but have lived in the Seattle area most of my life.   My desire for nature, and a creative, supportive community brought me to my current home on Whidbey Island, Washington.  More than 20 years ago, I made my first round the world trip.  Since then I've spent at least several months of each year travelling, working, or volunteering around the world, particularly in Asia.   My interest has moved from exploring places to exploring my passion for the things I love: spirit, music/dance, and nature.  I'm keenly interested in exploring the essence of others as well as myself, and seek experiences that promote this.  I bring to the tours  my background as a psychologist, author (co-author with Rick Steves of ‘Asia Through the Back Door'), and
travel guide with Rick Steves' Europe Through the Back Door.
